Our moorings and Proposal Suite could not be situated in a more beautiful, iconic venue and location.  Behind the fairy tale wooden drawbridge, is where you will find Abbey Punts, our magical location for moorings and our Proposal Suite. Intimate and perfectly located with access only gained from the heart of the Hotel,  it is truly one of a kind and one of the Hotel's best kept secrets. Housing a Baby Grand Piano, an intimate table set for two, even a chaise longue awaits should you wish to be serenaded by Spring at his Baby Grand Piano. 

Take all the time you need with our 2 hour recommended Proposal Package, designed to give you and your partner a truly amazing day and experience.  This exclusive package starts with your arrival at this beautiful Mediaeval  Abbey and Hotel.  Should you wish to have the whole Proposal kept a secret then just leave it to the Abbey Punts crew. This exclusive package gives you 2 hours in which to make your proposal. You could propose whilst listening to some fabulous soul ballads or three songs of your choice, chosen from a well accomplished song collection.  All this before we take you punting.  We can even arrange to have flowers arrive at one of our mooring zones for that extra touch of class.  (Flowers are sold separately to this package, but can be obtained through our on-site florist). 

This package allows you 2 HOURS EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the Proposal Suite, exclusive use of the moat for your proposal and three selected songs, performed by The Punts Man and Piano
