Abbey Punts Wedding ‘with Asian Guard of Honour. From costume drama to Victorian style influence your arrival will be remembered for all to see.
The Prom arrival has to be the calendar event of the year. This is your opportunity to arrive at your Prom, in what will be this years' first of it’s kind, as this is our first offering of this prestigious event. There will be only one official punt arrival to the event. Will it be just for you? We will be offering photo opportunities after the main and exclusive arrival of you, our exclusive guest. Photo opportunities will be available for individuals, couples, and groups of up to four max, per photograph. Photographs will be taken from the moat on the (WEST TERRACE) with the beautiful Coombe Abbey Hotel as your back drop. This package will not include Punting Trips around the moat unless booked in advance.

Abbey Punts offers you the opportunity to enter our ‘Photo of the Month' competition. Each month, the winning photo will feature on our gallery website wall and could also win you a family trip for up to Five or a trip for two on our punt. You must capture and present a photo which includes our punt on the moat from within the grounds of the hotel and park you may have even taken it from our punt as long as you love it and you think it’s a WINNER go ahead and enter it … YOU ARE ONLY A CLICK AWAY. Deposits will be required independently of Coombe Abbey Hotel. Coombe Abbey Hotel holds no responsibility for any cancellations of transportation due to inclement weather of any clients traveiling to or from the grounds of the hotel whilst being transported by Abbey Punts. Therefore alternative arrangements will be in place and agreed upon with the client and Abbey Punts to revert to the original arrangement.
Responsibility cannot be held with Abbey Punts for cancellations due to inclement weather. Clients must agree upon the agreement. For Proposals / Weddings / Prom Punts and Specialised Private Events; deposits of £100 to £200 will be required. This will hold and secure your booking with Abbey Punts for any given day of your event (cancellations time frame of 3 months applies) and made payable to Anthony. We also offer a consultation on the morning of any private booking with our clients. Should we find ourselves in the unfortunate position that the weather is not on our side at the time of your planned arrival, we can fully agree on a alternative ceremony arrival. Punting will remain at your service throughout your allotted time. Balances will be payable no later than one week before any event or wedding. In the event that we are unable to transport you to your required Zone, due to the weather or any other circumstances out of our control, we will remain available to you throughout your allotted time. if we cannot transport you on time, due to the threat of bad weather, we will offer alternatives for your punting after the ceremony has taken place, with opportunities to continue with your punting experience. Should no punting be possible, deposits will be retained and balances returned within 7 days from the event.
